Dear Parents,
We are excited to welcome your child to FRC Kids. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging experience for all children, we have implemented the following policies:
Walking Requirement for Toddler Class
To ensure each child receives the attention they need, we ask that children in the toddler class be able to walk independently. This allows teachers to engage with each child more effectively during activities.
Restroom/Diaper
For the safety and comfort of all children, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian be available to assist your child with restroom visits or diaper changes during class. In the event that both parents are unavailable, consent may be granted for a teacher to accompany your child to the bathroom. This will always be done in the presence of a second adult as a witness to ensure the child’s safety and maintain accountability.
Sick Child
We understand that children look forward to class each week, but for the health and safety of all, please refrain from bringing your child to class if they are feeling unwell. Please consult the chart below to determine if your child is ready to attend.
Allergy Notification
For the safety of your child, please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of.
Separation and Adjustment
We know that adjusting to new people and environments can be challenging for some children. You are welcome to stay with your child for a few minutes to help them feel more comfortable as they settle in. We understand that it may take time for your child to adjust, and we are happy to work with you to ensure they feel welcomed and excited to return.
